Yes! Many of our clients leave keys with us securely. We only label keys with initials to ensure security, and you can also use a key safe or lockbox for added peace of mind.

We try our best to send the same cleaner to your property each time. However, in cases of holidays, illness, or emergencies, another cleaner may be assigned. We’ll notify you in advance if any changes occur.

We provide window cleaning for interior surfaces. Exterior window cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge.

We clean under light furniture and small items but avoid moving heavy furniture to prevent damage. Please feel free to move any heavy items if you want us to clean beneath them.

You can cancel anytime through phone or email. We request at least 1 business day’s notice before your scheduled service to avoid any fees. Cancellations within 1 business day may incur a fee to cover the cleaner’s lost wages.

In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to resolve it. Proof of purchase and the extent of damage will be required. We aim to settle claims fairly and efficiently.
